ご注文
①お客様から商品の問い合わせ・商品の価格・質問等を上記のメールフォームより受け取ります
②商品インボイス（お見積もり）を作成しメールでお返事いたしますのでご確認していただきます
※インボイスでは円とRp（インドネシア通貨ルピア）両方の為替で計算させていただきます
※インボイスでの為替レートは、インボイスメールを送ってから3日間適応されますが、3日以降は 再度為替をチェックして
オーダーを受けた時点での為替を適応させていただきますことご了承ください
③問題がないようでしたら梱包し郵便局に商品を届け 郵便局より送料を出してもらいます
（この段階ではまだ商品は発送されておりません 郵便局で留め置き状態です）
発送は郵便局EMSを利用しております
輸送費は商品+梱包資材の重さまたは、体積で出されEMSは商品少量の場合に適しています
通常５～７日で発送した住所に到着します
EMSはドル表示で、ルピアでの支払いになります そのため常に郵便局での換金レートの変動があるため、EMS（国際郵便）料金は発送時のレートになります。
④送料を含んだインボイスを再度メールでご連絡いたしますので
問題ないようでしたらお客様のお支払い方法に沿ってお振込みをお願いしております
※振込み手数料はお客様の負担となりますことご了承ください
※お手数ですが振込み手続きが終わりましたらメールで連絡いただければ、
発送の指示が早く出すことができますのでよろしくお願い致します
⑤振込みが確認できた時点で商品を発送いたします
発送後 EMSでの追跡ができるようEMS番号をお客様にメールでご連絡いたします
レート変換は 取り扱い銀行のBNI（BANK NEGARA INDONESIA)の
為替レート参考に致しますこと ご了承ください
※売りと(jual)買い(Beli)を足し2で割ったものが
通常国際送金などレートとして適応されているため こちらを適応いたします

EMSで商品を受け取った際の破損について
梱包は破損が無いようを心がけておりますが、もし、発送後の破損（受け取った際の破損）に関しては、日本の郵便局での対応になりますことご了承ください。詳しくは下のマークをクリックしご確認ください
